Hi, I'm Russ — and I founded HelpFix IT.
I've spent 25+ years in IT here in East Alabama — 17 years keeping the systems running at Auto Custom Carpets, then 5 more in systems and collaboration support at International Automotive Components. I've fixed the same problems you're dealing with, thousands of times over: the printer that won't cooperate, the email that stopped syncing, the WiFi that drops out right when you need it most.
The name "HelpFix IT" comes from the exact phrase people say when something breaks — "Help! Fix it!" That's the moment I show up for. No ticket queues, no call centers, no waiting on hold for someone who's never even been to Anniston. Just a local guy who picks up the phone and gets it fixed.
